Can’t make it to campus for Red and White Week? We’ve created something for alumni to celebrate where they are. We have kids’ activity and coloring pages, pumpkin carving stencils and decor you can print for your party. Don't forget to shake up a Tuff-Tini before the big game. Get the party started!
Family Party Pack
This year, the party pack includes additons from partners across campus, including an ice cream sundae recipe and memory match game from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Take the College of Education with you with a cutout of Mr. and Ms. Wuf and the college van. Send an NC State Global postcard to your favorite member of the Pack.
The Tuffy-Tini Cocktail 🐺🍸
Ingredients
- Vodka
- Pomegranate Juice
- Simple Syrup
- 1 can whole Lychees in syrup
- Jar of Maraschino cherries
- Garnish skewers
- Club Soda or Ginger Beer (for n/a version)
Procedure
In a shaker, combine:
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- .25 oz Lychee Syrup from the can
- Add 1 scoop of ice
- Shake vigorously
- Place the waterproof/food-safe LED light in the bottom of the martini glass
- With a shaker strainer on the shaker and a mesh strainer over the glass, double-strain into the martini glass
- Add skewered lychee & maraschino cherry garnish
Non-Alcoholic version
In a shaker, combine:
- 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lychee Syrup from the can
- Add 1 scoop of ice
- Shake vigorously
- Place waterproof/food-safe LED light in the bottom of a Collins glass
- With a shaker strainer on the shaker and a mesh strainer over the glass, double-strain into the Collins glass
- Top with club soda or ginger beer if desired
- Add skewered lychee & maraschino cherry garnish
