Envisioning Research

Selected winners from this year’s Envisioning Research contest will discuss their research images in a series of lightning talks that highlight the beauty and importance of the work being done both on campus and around the world. The event will be followed by a reception in the D. H. Hill Library exhibit gallery.

Presenters include:

  • Natalie Nelson, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences/College of Engineering, Biological and Agricultural Engineering
  • Amber Hubbard, College of Engineering, Chemical and Bimolecular Engineering
  • Josh Gray, College of Natural Resources, Center for Geospatial Analytics
  • Matthew Bertone, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Entomology and Plant Pathology

The contest is a joint project organized by the Graduate School, Office of Research and Innovation, NC State’s College of Sciences, NCSU Libraries and NC State University Communications.

The exhibit, featuring all winners from this year and the past three years of the contest, will be on display in the D. H. Hill gallery through early March, 2019.
