Bodypump Up the Pack

Bodypump is a workout that challenges all of your major muscle groups by using light to moderate weight with high repetitions. This class utilizes the most effective weight-room exercises, such as the chest press, squat, rows and lunges. Feel free to wear red and/or white and support your Wolfpack. Go Pack!
